A KINDER Way began when Katrina Koutsellis was on her own health journey.
That led to a healthy passion for delicious wholefoods and a market stall containing everything from organic insecticide-free almonds to turmeric paste.
“The more I learned about health, the more I wanted help people like me that weren’t really aware of the importance of good, wholesome food,” Katrina said.
The market for spray-free and organic foods is growing on the Sunshine Coast, and Katrina sees this as a chance to spread her health message.
“I see it at the Yandina Farmers Market: more people selling spray-free and pesticide-free food,” she said.
“Going to the Yandina and Pomona markets are so important to me and my husband.
“I love to connect with people.
“The markets give you a chance to talk to the growers, and see how much love really goes into the production of your food.”
The Koutsellis passion for healthy food is continuing to grow.
And Katrina is hopeful to expand from their online platform into organic grocery stores around the Coast.
“It’s a progress in the making, but it would be an absolute dream to get our products into stores,” Katrina said.
“People treat food as a chore and everyone seems to have disconnected with the process of eating.
“I want people to use food as a chance to nurture and care for their bodies.”
